Job Purpose

各種統計データベース（DWHおよび料率DBなど）を利用し、各部署（主に自動車保険部・個人火災保険部・個人旅行保険担当）が求めるデータの提供や分析を通じて、会社の成長と収益向上に貢献する。売上高、損害率、収益性分析などの主要業績評価指標（KPI）を分析し、会社の収益性の高い成長に貢献します。主に自動車保険部門と個人火災部門を中心とした部門横断的なチームと連携し、様々なプロジェクトにデータと分析のサポートを提供し、プロジェクトのメリットを迅速に実現し、ビジネス価値を高めます。

Job Responsibilities

各部署（主に自動車保険部、個人火災保険部・個人旅行保険担当）の各メンバーと協力し、部門内で遂行する各種プロジェクトに積極的にデータ支援として参加することによって、そのプロジェクトによる効果を早期に会社に還元する。各種データ分析（損害率分析や収益分析）を実施、または各部署（主に自動車保険部・個人火災保険部）の各種データ分析を支援することで、会社の成長と収益向上に貢献する。各分野の専門家としてチームを率い、部門メンバーを含む社内外の関係者と連携することで、ビジネス成果の向上と組織目標との整合性を確保する。

個人セグメント保険部門（主に自動車保険部・個人火災保険部）ＩＴ部門クレーム部門、ディストリビューション部門、アクチュアリ部門などその他データを必要とする部門

日本損害保険料率算出機構（GIRO）日本損害保険協会

Required Skills and Experiences

　Educational Qualification

学士号または同等の学位。

　Specific Qualifications

データ処理を行うためのプログラミング作成業務や数値を扱う業務に興味を持っていること。特にデータサイエンスと機械学習にも興味を持ち、Pythonプログラミングなどの経験があればなお望ましい。各種保険データに対して、データを伴う分析業務に興味を持っていること。複雑さに対処する能力があり、協調性があること。積極的に仕事を引き受けられる自発性があること。
