For the purpose, plan and execute promotion (including retention management) of the core product, “Property Guard”, based on market or channel condition in the assigned area in alignment & cooperation with Distribution and other lines of business at Area Company. + 担当地区（当面は大阪駐在にて関西地区担当。）の企業財物保険ラインのプロダクション予算達成に責任を持ち、そのために営業本部・他ラインと連携し、担当地区のマーケット・チャネルの状況に応じた「基幹商品Property Guard」の販促計画（契約保全含む）を企画立案し、実行する + Conducts training mainly on the core product, “Property Guard”, for sales staff and channels and proactively involved in sales planning & training for focus agents + 主に営業社員・担当チャネル向けの「基幹商品”Property Guard”」販売トレーニングを行い、特に重点代理店については個々の代理店の”Property Guard”販売計画・トレーニングにも関与する + Conduct promotional activities for property in the responsible area (disseminate best practice, hot-selling tips, underwriting related information, etc., including preparation of material creation). Collect information on market, competitors, etc. for it. + 担当地区において企業財物保険ラインの情宣活動を行い（成約事例紹介・売れ筋情報や業務関連情報等の提供。資料作成含む）、そのためにマーケット情報・他社動向を含めた情報収集を行う + Conduct underwriting in the responsible area for property line for which he or she has underwriting authority.
