This role requires someone with expertise in developing, launching, maintaining, and extending products. Ideal candidates have managed a high-output engineering team previously. They should be proficient in development best practices, comfortable working on large code bases, able to build tools and frameworks, and able to balance multiple projects and deliverables. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $190,700 and $329,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
