We are seeking an experienced program manager to join the AIML Data Operations group. Our team directly contributes to the development of AIML algorithms across many of Appleʼs products, specifically in regards to Siri and Apple Intelligence. In this role, you will drive critical programs that improve our operation to provide data at scale for engineering teams building robust AI features for millions of customers worldwide. You will develop various program elements, create and manage project plans, recruit participants internally and partner with various cross functional stakeholders. DescriptionDescriptionAs a Program Manager within AIML Data Operations, you will lead cross-functional program management, define and implement policies and processes, and ensure clear communication with leadership. You will collaborate with DRIs and partners to manage workflows, prioritize initiatives, and mitigate risks to drive program success. This role involves defining policies that align with organizational goals, monitoring their effectiveness, and making data-driven decisions. Acting as the primary liaison, you will provide program updates, communicate risks, and support approvals with leadership. Successful candidates are highly organized, analytical, and proactive problem-solvers who excel at navigating challenges to deliver results. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $140,700 and $280,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
