This role will focus on Envoy Proxy, Service Mesh architectures (e.g., Istio, Linkerd, Consul), and API Gateway patterns to ensure scalable, secure, and highly available traffic management in distributed systems. DescriptionDescription-Design and implement Service Mesh architectures to improve security, observability, and resilience in large-scale microservices environments. -Develop and maintain traffic management features such as load balancing, rate limiting, authentication, authorization, and traffic routing. -Collaborate with platform, security, and application teams to ensure efficient service-to-service communication and traffic governance. -Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, reliability issues, and security vulnerabilities in traffic management infrastructure. -Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to open-source projects where relevant. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $312,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
