As an Experience Quality Lead you will help us define the process and technology approach we will implement to deliver on these committments to our customers. **Description** In this role you will be responsible for: - Improve the overall product engineering outcomes through a focus on enhanced tooling and streamlined processes - Drive the creation new tools that leverage LLM technologies to greatly improve efficiency of bug analysis, triage, and prioritization. - Create improved reports and dashboards to enable product engineers and engineering leadership to see immediate responsibilites at a glance - Analyze bug lifecycle history in order to identify sources of low-quality reports as well as bottlenecks in the current process - Collaborate with Product and Quality engineering to identify the best ways to measure customer success in an LLM/ML-driven experience **Minimum Qualifications** + M.S in Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent experience with 5+ years software engineering experience and strong background in computer science: distributed systems, algorithms and data structures + Deep experience in assessing the quality of complex systems + Deep experience in the software lifecycle and associated tools and processes + Proven track record of delivering tools and process improvements to enhance a product development team’s ability to identify, assess and fix user-facing product issues + Proven ability to work in a broad cross-functional role, driving the activities of multiple teams to address user-experience quality issues **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with ML technologies, especially as applied to software issue analysis and resolution + Experience in iOS client-side technologies including Swift core libraries **Education & Experience** **Additional Requirements** **Pay & Benefits** + At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
