AIOps Technical Lead
Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AIOps Tech Lead to join our consulting program. This individual will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing AIOps solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong blend of operational knowledge, data analytics expertise, and AI technical skills, along with the ability to effectively engage with clients and guide them through their AIOps journey. Experience in Big Data platforms within a DevOps or SRE environment is essential.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

-Help the Practice lead and solution architect evolve the AIOps framework and solutions
-Lead the design and implementation of AIOps solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Engage with clients to understand operational challenges and recommend AIOps use cases.
- Provide technical leadership in data analytics, AI/ML integration, and operations automation.
- Drive the adoption of Big Data technologies and platforms for AIOps, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Develop and manage AIOps pipelines, integrating machine learning models to detect and resolve operational anomalies.
- Ensure seamless integration of AIOps with existing DevOps/SRE workflows and tools.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists within the team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in AIOps, DataOps, DevOps, and Big Data.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, community college with relevant experience and additional certifications
- 7+ years of experience in big data platforms with at least 2 years in a technical role with an IT operation, DevOps, or SRE team.
- Strong technical experience in Big Data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Expertise in AI/ML algorithms and their application in IT operations (AIOps).
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, or commercial tools), incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages used in data analytics.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent client-facing consulting skills with the ability to lead and manage engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Certification in AI/ML, DevOps, or Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for managing machine learning lifecycles.
- Familiarity with AIOps tools and platforms
