Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee and perform air barrier and waterproofing installation to ABAA standards. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for installing detail membranes and liquid applied detail membranes, ensuring all work meets ABAA standards.
ResponsibilitiesOversee and perform air barrier and waterproofing installation to ABAA standardsOversee and perform installation of detail membrane and/or liquid applied detail membrane to ABAA standardsOperate airless sprayerUse scaffolding and operate aerial liftsRead blueprintsWork efficiently to complete projects on time and within budgetCoordinate work schedule with onsite superintendentReview equipment and worksite daily to ensure compliance with OSHA standardsDocument product usage daily and accuratelyWork overtime and travel as neededEssential SkillsExperience in waterproofing and roofingProficiency with spray guns and spray paintingConstruction and painting skillsBlueprint readingABAA certification (preferred, but not required)Additional Skills & QualificationsPunctualityValid driver's license with the ability to attain a medical cardReliable transportation and willingness to travelAbility to work with other personnel and supervisors to ensure all site and crew activities are clear and correctLeadership by example, including punctuality and proper use of break timesAbility to work in high-stress conditions and quickly changing environmentsExcellent customer serviceEnsure a clean job siteAbility to pass a drug screening as outlined in the employee handbookTolerance for heights and ability to work in extreme environmental conditions (heat, cold, etc.)Ability to lift at least 60 lbsHigh school diploma or its equivalentWhy Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
