Position; Air Conditioning Engineer

Based; Onsite at Rolls-Royce - Derby (static)

Hours; 40 - Monday to Friday

Role Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and reliable Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out service maintenance works on our Rolls-Royce contract in Derby. The successful candidate will provide a professional service to our client working on a varied selection of Air Conditioning systems. Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Attend and complete PPMs & Reactive works as scheduled including breakdownsHave install experience (retrofit/system replacements)Troubleshooting/ Fault finding on all A/C systemsTo produce quotations for works /remedials following service visitsTo work on Splits, VRFS, AHUs and DX systems and some Central PlantTo be able to work alone and with other team members when necessaryComplete all FGAS paperwork on sites and update logbooks in client premisesTo be part of the Out of Hours Call Out Rota

Qualifications and Experience:

C&G 2079 Cat1NVQ Level 3 or similarF-GasGood Mechanical & Electrical BackgroundMust have experience in a similar roleKnowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairsSound understanding of Health & Safety obligations with regards to maintenance activities Must be prepared to work out of hours when required and on a scheduled callout rotaHave good communication and organisation skillsUK Driving LicenseGood understanding of IT packages including Outlook, Word etc
