Job DescriptionScope of Position
Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the Air Export Department.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure smooth and timely freight process flowEnsure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systemTrack and Trace Air Export files and reportingUse Workflows on daily basisEnsure arrival notices are communicated to overseas and customersEnsure accurate and timely client and Service Providers billingInteract with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standardsContribute to maintaining good relationships with suppliers (Airline carriers, trucking companies and others involved)Meet compliance at all times with internal and external regulations in accordance with government regulationsUnderstand department process flow, looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivityEnsure all customers standard operating procedures are in place and updatedMeet KPI standards in accordance with the Company's procedureOverseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)Qualifications
6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceUnderstanding of air documentation process a plusEffective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive resultsPro-active, strong organizational skillsGood computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)IATA certification (preferred)Fluent in English
