**Job Title: Painter** **Job Description** We are seeking an individual to work inside the paint department where they will be responsible for following customer order sheets to paint custom designed signs highlighting various businesses. **Responsibilities** + Perform painting duties for the fabrication department + Operate spray gun and match client requests to the product + Work in a shop building architectural channel letters, mounting assemblies, and custom fabricated signs + Read detailed shop drawings and calculate accurate cuts + Visualize and execute complex projects + Operate hand and power tools + Maintain inventory **Essential Skills** + Ability to use brushes, rollers, paint guns, and other paint tools + Read detailed shop drawings and calculate accurate cuts + Build custom products to specific instructions + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on occasion and stand for long periods of time **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with blueprints, MIG, TIG, industrial painting, HVLP spray, paint prep, construction, production, fabrication, engineering, metal, math, power tools, tape measure, aluminum **Why Work Here?** Once direct, the company offers a complete medical, dental, vision, and life insurance package, along with PTO and 401k plan.
