What You’ll Do
As anAircraft Avionics Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring safe, reliable, and high-performing aircraft systems. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Diagnosing, repairing, and maintainingAvionics systems with precision.
+ Installing and modifying Avionics equipmentto meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
+ Interpreting and utilizingmanuals, schematics, and blueprintsto perform accurate system troubleshooting.
+ Crafting and assemblingwire bundles and systemsfollowing engineering specifications and best practices.
+ Collaborating with team members and leaders to maintain smooth operations andhigh-quality standards.
+ Documentingall work performed in line with ATS and customer maintenance programs.
What You Bring
We’re looking for individuals with:
+ Ahigh school diploma or GEDand:
+ Two yearsof relevant aircraft Avionics experience, OR
+ Anequivalent combinationof education and experience.
+ AnAirframe (A) or Airframe/Powerplant (A&P) license(highly desirable).
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents such as wiring diagrams and service bulletins.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
+ Ability to lift and move up to25 pounds regularlyand50 pounds occasionally.
+ Comfortable with climbing ladders and aircraft stairs to access systems.
+ Flexibility to sit, stand, kneel, or crouch as needed during tasks.

+ Pay:Earn$22.50 to $39.00/hourbased on your skills and experience, with annual bonus opportunities. This starting range is ideal for those building their expertise, while the higher range is for experienced technicians with proven specialized skills and high achievement. Your pay will be determined by your experience, education, and abilities, with internal equity considered to ensure fairness.
