About Us: This exciting opportunity is for the Citizens Bank Flight Department which provides corporate aviation services for the bank, ensuring our executives travel safely and comfortably with white glove service. We are in search of an experienced Corporate Pilot (Captain) to join our elite team. This role offers the unique opportunity to combine your passion for flying with the stability of being home to your family most nights and weekends! If you are an experienced Pilot with Falcon 2000, and live within a ground commute of 3 hours or less to our CT based hangar, we want to talk with you!
Position Overview: As a Corporate Pilot (Captain), you will be responsible for passenger travel, safety, and comfort, while complying with all relevant statutes and regulations. You will be part of a high-performing team that prioritizes safety, professionalism, and exceptional service.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Fly the Citizens Bank corporate aircraft as either pilot or second in command.
+ Complete tasks and responsibilities associated with the corporate flight department, including recurrent training, trip planning, ground travel, and safety management meetings.
+ Greet passengers and assist with passenger seating and luggage storage.
+ Conduct passenger briefings.
Required Skills/Experience:
+ Proficiency in both pilot in command and second in command duties; trip planning (weather, itinerary, loading, fuel).
+ Strong level of professionalism required.
+ Ability to pass vetting procedure for Bradley International Airport crew access.
+ Aptitude for technology with competence in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
+ Experience working within the International Standards of Business Aircraft Operators (IS-BAO) established rules.
+ Must live within less than 3 hours from Windsor Locks, CT via ground transport.
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ Current FAA Class 1 medical, unrestricted.
+ Current Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
+ Must have Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy II type rating (recurrent training within the last 12 months strongly preferred)
+ Current FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
+ Must pass clear record check from National Driver Register.
+ Must pass credential confirmation through Pilot Records Improvement Act.
Hours and Work Schedule:
+ Hours per Week: 40
+ Work Schedule: Monday through Friday – weekends as required.
Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $210,00 - $225,000 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
