Aircraft Captain
\nAs an Aircraft Captain here at Honeywell, you will be the highest-ranking pilot on board, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft. Your role is critical in ensuring the safety of passengers, crew, and the successful completion of each flight. You have overall command and authority during flights, making crucial decisions, monitoring the aircraft systems, and adhering to aviation regulations and safety standards.
\nYou will report directly to our Chief Pilot and you’ll work out of our Phoenix location. In this role, you will impact the safety and comfort of our passengers and crew, ensuring that every flight is a safe and efficient journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nOperate and command the aircraft in a safe and efficient manner\nEnsure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies\nPlan and execute flight operations, including pre-flight checks, route planning, and fuel management\nMonitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to flight plans\nCommunicate effectively with air traffic control and other relevant parties\n\n\n

YOU MUST HAVE
\n\nHold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)\nMinimum of 2000 hours of flight experience\nA minimum of 1000 flight hours of PIC in turbine powered aircraft\nFAA Class 1 Medical Certificate\nAbility to speak and understand the English Language to the proficiency level required by ICAO Annex 1\nAbility to pass a company pre-employment drug screen\nAbility to pass a background investigation conducted by Honeywell’s Security Department\nStrong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety procedures\nExcellent decision-making and problem-solving skills\n\nWE VALUE
