The Aircraft Embodiment Engineer is responsible for the creation, monitoring and management of Working Party preparation & tooling activities in
the frame of complex repairs and modifications assistance for Airlines and Maintenance Repair Organizations (MRO) outside their operating scope of work, technical ability and expertise, including but not limited to incidental and fleet wide repairs.
The jobholder initiates and manages the Working Party Preparation dossiers ensuring their compliance with Airbus Maintenance Organization procedures and FAA/EASA/TCCA Part 145 regulations, their delivery in due time, and that they feature all technical data and detailed work instructions to enable a smooth and efficient embodiment of maintenance, repair and retrofit tasks as requested by our customers.
Meet the team:
The Major Repair and Working Party teams work to provide complex repair solutions to customers for their in-service fleet across the world, as part of the approved Part 145 services provided by Airbus Customer Services team.
Your challenges:
Support the Working Party preparation dossier covering all means needed for shop floor (or on-site Working Party)execution.
Write, check and release Job Cards.
Review Work Order Technical Definition, Engineering Technical Information, Maintenance Tasks to build the preparation file for a repair
Identify Jigs & Tools required for the on-aircraft work under Airbus responsibility
Ensure smooth flow of components, parts, jigs and tools at repair area I.A.W work sequencing.
Organize parts, consumables, and tooling on site to ensure proper organization and traceability to meet regulatory and company requirements.
Ensure compliance to Health and Safety rules in force.
Manage on-site working party tooling requests.

Your boarding pass:
5 years of technical aviation experience in a repair environment PART 145 Airline or MRO under: FAA/EASA/TCCA Regulations.
Applied knowledge and understanding of all working party (or on-aircraft activity) processes and, ideally knowing the Airbus MOA environment and associated documentation/processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to understand and mentor principles within assigned discipline.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical aircraft topics.
Authorized to work in the US.
Ability to lift 50+lbs.
Travel Required:
50%+ Domestic and International
Be flexible to travel in short notice and for varying, sometimes extensive periods.
