As an Aircraft Inspector IV, you will be using your skills and expertise to inspect our aircraft, aircraft systems, equipment, and parts to ensure airworthiness and conformance to the manufacturer's specifications and government regulations. You'll be responsible for identifying any breach of standards for airworthiness. Your inspection authority will include all in-process inspections, all final inspections, and approval for return to service of all work.

Qualifications You Must Have:

High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 10 or more years of relevant experienceA higher level degree may substitute for experienceRelated experience may be considered in lieu of required educationActive, current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificationAdvanced knowledge of aircraft, aircraft systems, equipment and partsThorough understanding and experience with the practical application of product audit and inspection processes and proceduresBasic Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)Current/ valid passport and be able to obtain a visa to travel internationallySuccessfully pass a pre-deployment medical assessmentAbility to deploy for a minimum of 60 days to various OCONUS operating locations

Qualifications We Prefer:

Understanding of 14 CFR Chapter 1Thorough understanding of civil or government aviation inspection operations and/or FAA Repair Station operationsInspection Authorization (IA) DesignationExperience with first article inspectionsPrior experience with aircraft modificationsBackground in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
