As an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all aircraft repair and maintenance activities and ensuring those activities are performed safely, on-time, and within budget. You'll ensure all foreign object inspections and activities are completed, ensure projects are properly staffed with qualified employees and establish work standards, hours of work and appropriate shifts to be worked to accomplish work on small programs. You'll also review maintenance delays and system problems in order to suggest improvements to maintenance processes and procedures. You will have overall responsibility for the airworthiness of the fleet and will ensure safe and adequate maintenance is performed at all times with the exception of platform supporting programs.

Qualifications You Must Have:

B.A. (or equivalent degree) - a higher level degree may substitute for relevant experienceTypically, 4+ years of progressive aviation experience, which includes 0-2+ years of management experience.Familiarity with aviation safety standards, FAA regulations, policies, and procedures and safe operating practicesBasic understanding of Aircraft Maintenance and Inspection processes and procedures and/or returning planes to serviceBasic Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $82,039.23 - $112,803.95. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
