**Job Title: A&P Mechanic** **Job Description** Perform repair and maintenance on Cessna 172 and 177 aircraft. This includes airframe, powerplant, avionics equipment, landing gears, and wheels. Utilize the internal computer system to track and log work. Work independently almost all of the time, including being the only person in the hangar for certain jobs. Troubleshoot and identify issues with minimal guidance. Perform some annual inspection work or assist with it. **Hard Skills** + A&P certification + general aviation aircraft experience + airframe maintenance + powerplant maintenance + Cessna 172 and 177 experience preferred **Soft Skills** + independent work + problem-solving + self-motivation **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in South Saint Paul, Minnesota. **Work Environment** M-TH 7am-4:30pm. A couple of hours on Fridays to ensure a 40-hour week. Some weekend work required during busy periods.
