GENERAL DESCRIPTION:\n\nResponsible for performing maintenance on aircraft structures (fixed-wing and rotary-wing).\n\n

DUTIES:\n\nRepair\/replace aircraft structural components according to drawings, blueprints, directives, and technical manuals and safety procedures.\nFabricate structural parts using metal forming techniques and fiberglass\/composite materials.\nThe use of a variety of hand tools in cutting, bending, forming shaping, riveting, and assembling are required\nOther duties as assigned\n\n

EDUCATION \/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:\n\nHS diploma or equivalent\nMust have completed a military 68G\/15G MOS or other service branch equivalent is preferred or vocational school.\nAn FAA Airframe license is desired.\nSix (6) years' experience with aircraft structural systems maintenance \nMust have experience in corrosion control practices including removal and treatment \nMust demonstrate knowledge of military technical manuals and\/or OEM manuals\nMust be a U.S. Citizen \nMust have or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance\n\n
