Summary: Seeking an Aircraft Painter I for 2nd shift to prepare and paint aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
1 year painting experience
Knowledge of lacquers, enamels, epoxies, urethanes, and acrylics
Ability to read blueprints and engineering documentation
Able to pass Pulmonary Function Test for respirator certification
Job Responsibilities:
Mask, sand, and prepare aircraft for paint application
Apply glazing and sealing compounds before final painting
Operate and maintain preparation and priming equipment
Mix paints and primers
Perform leading edge sealant work in final detail
Comply with safety, 5S, and housekeeping policies
Use personal protective equipment; ensure aircraft interior protection
Maintain shop equipment and tools as assigned
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
