**Aerotek Aviation, LLC is currently hiring skilled Aircraft Painters and Aircraft Paint Preppers to join our team at a stable, growing paint shop located in Philadelphia, PA. Must have painting experience from aviation, industrial, shipyard, automotive, and/or commercial. You will be responsible for prepping and painting helicopters for both new production and routine maintenance. This role requires experience with HVLP paint guns and a strong attention to detail.** **Responsibilities** + Perform aircraft preparation, painting, and detailing under minimal supervision. + Apply stripper, sanding, prep for paint, and other detail work. + Ensure all painting tasks are completed to high standards. + Work collaboratively with other team members in a fast-paced environment. **Essential Skills** + Experience with spray guns. + Willingness to work mandatory weekends and 6 days a week, if needed. + Flexibility to work both 1st and 2nd shifts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in paint prep, industrial painting, and electrostatics. + Skills in sanding, blasting, and powder coating. + Experience from aviation, industrial, shipyard, automotive, and/or commercial **Why Work Here?** + Join a dynamic team where your skills and hard work are valued.
