**Aircraft Sales Manager**
**Description**
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team at Pipistrel Aircraft\. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets, building relationships with customers, and promoting Pipistrel Aircraft's products in the European market\. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for aviation, and the ability to work in a fast\-paced environment\.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team and established Distributor network in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets\.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support\.Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay up\-to\-date with industry trends\.Participate in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and trade shows to promote Pipistrel Aircraft's products\.Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer records, and sales documentation\.Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience\.Provide feedback to the sales team and management on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities\.
**Qualifications**
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field\.Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aviation industry\.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills\.Ability to work independently and as part of a team\.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite\.Passion for aviation and knowledge of Pipistrel Aircraft's product line\.Ability to travel as needed\.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Light Sport, Part 23 aircraft salesPrivate or Commercial EASA pilot's licenseFamiliarity with Pipistrel Aircraft's product line and technology\.Established network of contacts within the aviation industry\.Fluent in speaking and writing German
