Job Description

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assembling structural components for aircraft, ensuring adherence to stringent industry standards and quality protocols.T

Assemble aerospace structural components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.Utilize specialized hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete assembly tasks with accuracy.Conduct thorough quality inspections of assembled components, verifying compliance with industry standards (e.g., FAA, ISO).Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues, collaborating with engineering and quality assurance teams as necessary.Mentor and train less experienced assemblers on best practices, safety protocols, and assembly techniques specific to aerospace.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records as required by industry standards and company procedures.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in aerospace assembly preferred.Minimum of 4 years of experience in structural assembly within the aerospace industry.Strong ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.Proficient in the use of aerospace-specific hand tools and equipment.Familiarity with quality assurance practices and regulatory requirements in the aerospace sector.Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
