**Job Title: Aircraft Structures Mechanic** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Structures Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform maintenance on structures components, maintain detailed records, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. This position requires a thorough understanding of aircraft parts, systems, and mechanics. **Responsibilities** + Perform regular maintenance on Structures components. + Develop and maintain records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and any related reports. + Inspect and examine various Structures components to identify cracks, corrosion, or other defects. + Consult maintenance manuals and specifications to identify correct operations and specifications for replacements or repairs. + Install new parts to replace or repair defective or recalled parts or to enhance the performance of the Structures components. + Repair sheet metal as needed. + Identify and resolve mechanical problems based on visual inspections or reports from customers. + Create and maintain all documentation related to inspections, repairs, and reassembly of Structures components. + Follow all Federal, company, and OSHA regulations while performing maintenance. + Perform other related duties as assigned. **Pay** + $25/hr-$32/hr **Shift** + Monday - Friday 7/8am - 4/5pm **Why Work Here?** Employees will be eligible for benefits starting the first of the month following the date of hire.
