Job Title: Aircraft Structures Technician
Location: Middle East
Reports To: Installation Manager

Key Responsibilities: Follow engineering documentation (Service Bulletins, AMM, SRM) to carry out complex aircraft modifications safely and confidently. Restore or repair defects using advanced aircraft fastening hardware, ferrous and non-ferrous materials, composites, adhesives, paints, and textiles. Manufacture and install aircraft structural components for prototype projects. Weld base metals, alloys, and casting materials using various welding techniques, including oxyacetylene, electrical arc, inert gas, and resistance welding. Manufacture original aircraft components or replacements from base metals using cutting tools, engine lathes, and milling machines. Fabricate and repair aircraft structures using composite materials, fiberglass, textiles, and other synthetic components. Remove major aircraft structural sections, following stress jacking procedures. Perform work in compliance with health, safety, and airport regulations, maintaining a FOD-free working area. Ensure all materials, parts, tools, equipment, and documentation are ready at the beginning of each shift. Return unused items with proper labels and documentation. Communicate professionally when interacting with customers, staying updated on Technical Notices, Quality Notices, and other industry information. Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and contribute to team success. Skills and Experience: Formal aircraft apprenticeship or equivalent required. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance, with recent work on commercial or military aircraft structures. Proven experience in aircraft structural repair, modification, and production. Ability to read and interpret manufacturers’ drawings and SRMs. Ability to meet all required security clearances.
