Summary: Seeking an Aircraft Technician II to perform complex aircraft inspections, repairs, and modifications with a focus on compliance and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate with 2 years of aviation maintenance experience, or 4 years of aviation maintenance experience including 2 years on mid/large size aircraft
Valid Driver's License
Knowledge of FAA regulations, process specifications, Repair Station and Quality Control manuals
Job Responsibilities:
Perform complex aircraft inspections, repairs, and modifications with minimal supervision
Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with internal and FAA requirements
Complete CMP cards and work order sign-offs accurately and timely
Ensure quality standards are met for all accomplished work
Identify and store customer property securely
Operate ground support equipment following standard procedures
Assist with aircraft movement in hangar and ramp areas
Collect and dispose of waste materials properly; apply Lean Initiatives for cleanliness
Implement continuous improvement processes in all responsibilities
Use material tracking system for parts demand, tracking squawks, sign-offs, and labor charging
Pay Details: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
