JOB DESCRIPTION Actively support product department in demonstrate our values; connecting people improving lives and deliver the strategy; Employer of Choice, Provider of Choice, Investment of Choice Actively support product department to deliver operation excellence, Best Team, Best Results and Best Customer Experience Managing and responsible of end-to-end shipment deliverable; care for cargo, inform proactively, transport efficiently, build responsibility of the cargo, build partnership, respond quickly, and being informed; offering innovative solution. Monitoring and responsible for target KPI deliverable, pro-active action for the performance issues to have best result. Support and identify best results for PnL; complete billing within the timeline, accurate and profitable. Actively collaborates with all stakeholders, internal and external for smooth deliverable and best result. Support and identify “results” related process improvements. Support and adaptable to change; manage new customer business or ‘focus customer’ hyper care, implement process improvements, implement automation, and eliminate process wastes. Actively support product department for safety awareness program and demonstrate the compliance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience in the logistics industry to Air Freight Imports and Export with minimum 5 years. Self-driven and results oriented without compromising respect and compliance. English Fluency both in writing and speaking is a must. Computer literacy: Microsoft Offices, Macro Developer would be advantage.
