This initiative will also include setting up a world-class customer response center. Position: Lead Engineer Primary Responsibilities: + Process MRO & Spares orders administration. + Experience in Aviation aftermarket, especially in MRO & Spares admin. Equally we’re open to backgrounds in delivering excellent customer relationship skills, stakeholder management & knowledge of SAP or similar tools. + Drive flawless execution of the logistics case management process to meet customer commitments in a consistent, repeatable manner + Managing orders, quoting, invoicing as well as dealing with customer queries. + Support setting up customers on new systems & managing the customer experience + Manage and resolve inbound Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and critical part demand for a variety of Actuation Systems customers worldwide + Communicate effectively and professionally with customers. + Process and monitor all customer issues and concerns, from initiation to closure using a combination of CRM & ERP systems + Follow-up with customers on all issues and cases while maintaining strong customer relationships + Work closely with various departments within the organisation to ensure required information and support is provided to resolve customer issues + Ensuring all necessary flow-downs to supply chain, shipping, quality, and other stakeholders are communicated timely and accurately + Achieve all key performance indicators and achieve best in class performance + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives + Customer focused mindset with proven track record + Attention to detail + Commercially focused- ability to understand how business to business transactions work + Knowledge of experience in SAP or similar Basic Qualifications: + Min 3 to 6 years of Industry experience in resolving customer complaints and problems + Any degree with experience in Aviation aftermarket, especially in MRO & Spares admin Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
