Department Responsibilities may vary which may include:

Make sure paperwork related to the cargo is correctKeep accurate record of shipment details when cargo is arriving from worldwide pointsPrepare and palletize cargo as neededAssure proper handling and delivery of cargo and operations of related equipmentStage cargo for outgoing flights and ensuring shipments comply with all domestic and international requirementsSort and process priority postal products in a time critical environmentOperate ground equipment, including tugs, pallet jacks, and forkliftsPerform routing cleaning of facilities and work areasFollow safety regulations which include proper use of ground equipment and wearing proper safety itemsAll other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:

Experience in warehouse settings is preferred, but not requiredMust be able to proficiently speak, read and write in EnglishBasic math skills - addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division on the flyMust be able to pass skills testAble to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds, and able to continually bend, twist, and raise arms above headStrong work ethic and positive mindsetAvailability to work flexible working hours (including weekends & holidays)Must be able to obtain and maintain all required City of Houston and Customs Border Protection badge and seal

Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 50 pounds Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.00 - $15.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
