**Description** Estee Lauder Companies Travel Retail Americas is hiring an Airport Coordinator based at JFK Airport, New York, to support various brands across the Americas. The primary objectives of the Airport Coordinator include leading Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets, managing stock levels, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. This role is supported by the Senior Sales and Education Executive and the Visual Merchandiser. In terms of retail sales and analysis, the responsibilities encompass setting and tracking sales targets, managing incentives, supporting VIP visits, analyzing business performance, and conducting weekly meetings with Senior Sales and Education Executive to review results and create action plans. Building relationships with retail partners and staffing agencies is a key part of the role. The Airport Coordinator will also be involved in recruiting talent, supporting event planning, and ensuring alignment with Trade Marketing Calendars. Additionally, the role requires a strong focus on team and relationship building, which includes fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization. **Qualifications** ⁃ University Bachelor's Degree or above in business related disciplines ⁃ A minimum of 2 years' proven retail sales planning experience in large multinational corporations or matrix organization ⁃ Strong business acumen with cost⁃conscious, result⁃driven and customer⁃oriented mindset ⁃ Attention to details, work under pressure and manage tight schedule ⁃ Well⁃organized with ability to prioritize, able to multi⁃tasking ⁃ Good command in computer skills including Excel, Word
