Insight Global is seeking an Airtable Analyst to join a design architecture team. Candidates in this role will act as a shared resource across three different smaller teams to design and implement Airtable databases tailored to the data for each team individually. Candidates should come from a background of building, implementing and scaling databases and working with large data sets. On a day to day, designing and integrating databases within Airtable for cross functional team data synchronization and improvement of operational workflow will be ideal. Candidates will be expected to define individual team databases and then connect them to all work in tandem and making data entry, reporting and analysis easy to navigate and maintain. Another deliverable will be to create and maintain logical and physical data models that reflect business needs and implement relationships between tables, create linked records, and use Airtables advanced features (like Formulas, Rollups, Lookups, and Views) to optimize data flow and usability. The goal is to set up automated processes and workflows in Airtable using Airtable Automations or scripts to reduce manual tasks, improve efficiency, and ensure data consistency across the database and team delivery needs, as well as design custom views, dashboards, and reporting tools in Airtable to provide actionable insights.
