They must be able to assess how Airtable fits into a larger data environment and ensure the setup is optimized for scalability and clarity. **Strategic, Product-Oriented Thinking:** + While the candidate doesn’t need to personally implement integrations or write code, they should be able to envision and design solutions, clearly define expected outputs, and guide engineers on how to build those solutions. This requires the ability to translate complex business problems into structured, actionable technical requirements. **Ecosystem Development:** + Airtable serves as the foundational database, but the long-term goal is to build an integrated ecosystem that includes scripts, automations, and external connections beyond Airtable.
