Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking an Airtable Implementation Lead to lead and oversee the transition and effective implementation of Airtable as a key operational tool within our organization. Summary: This role demands expertise in Airtable configuration and transition management, and a strategic ability to collaborate across departments to drive impactful results. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Airtable (3-5 years) and proven experience in managing large-scale transitions, with the communication skills needed to engage stakeholders across all levels. Responsibilities: * Lead and drive the transition to Airtable across the organization, ensuring alignment with team goals and timelines * Develop a clear roadmap for Airtable, balancing strategic objectives and practical requirements * Collaborate closely with two Airtable project managers who are configuration experts, supporting them in establishing and refining the Airtable configuration roadmap * Directly configure Airtable to support project manager and meet deadline mand ensuring it aligns with organizational needs and operational efficiencies * Own the transition process end-to-end, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting * Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating training, resolving issues, and securing buy-in across departments * Facilitate training sessions and regular updates on Airtable best practices and functionality
