Aladdin Client Business Product Expert, Investment Operations, Associate

If you are passionate about technology, investment operations and enjoy solving complex challenges, this is the role for you. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Problem Resolution:** Address and resolve complex client inquiries related to Aladdin by leveragingexpertise in post-trade operations, including trade operations, corporate actions, and collateral management, to identify and resolve issues. + **Workflow Optimization:** Collaborate with clients to streamline their operational workflows, recommending features and solutions that automate processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve overall efficiency. + **Client Advocacy:** Represent the voice of the Aladdin community, collecting valuable feedback and translating it into actionable insights for the product and engineering teams to inform future development. + **Identify** **Product Enhancements:** Assess functional gaps in the product and identify opportunities for strategic improvements to enhance the overall user experience. + **Track and Report Progress:** Monitor and report on functional improvements, presenting key updates to customer success managers and senior leadership regularly. + **Internal Tools Development:** Advocate for the creation of advanced internal troubleshooting tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of support teams, ultimately enhancing the Aladdin user experience. + **Technical Mastery:** Gain proficiency in tools such as Splunk, Unix, SQL, and Azure DevOpswhile developing Aladdin content expertise in areas such as trade settlements, cash reconciliation, collateral management, payments processing, and corporate actions. + **Mentorship and Development:** Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to junior colleagues, fostering the growth of internal talent. **Required Qualifications:** + Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a positive attitude, strong self-confidence, and drive. + At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing or vendor-facing role, with a strong focus on solving complex operational issues. + In-depth knowledge of investment operations processes, particularly within post-trade functions such as trade operations, corporate actions, and collateral management. + Proven success in delivering projects and driving the implementation of improvements that deliver measurable results. + Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to a variety of audiences, from technical teams to senior leadership. + Technical expertise in diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions. + Ability to manage multiple high-priority incidents and deliver results under tight deadlines. **Why This Role Matters:** This position offers a unique opportunity to be a key contributor to Aladdin’s global support model. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
