Exciting Opportunity for an Alcohol Intervention WorkerDo you have the heart, skills, and experience to help people achieve their potential? We are looking for an experienced Alcohol Intervention Worker to join our Camden team. This role offers you the chance to make a profound difference, supporting individuals as they work towards' healthier, more hopeful lives.
In this role you will support people in their recovery journeys, providing tailored interventions through comprehensive assessments, planning, and compassionate support.
Please note this role will require you to work between our Camden office and our Kilburn office.
Full Time Salary Range: £27,449.53 -- £31,529.41 dependent on experience, Pro rata for part time hours.
Plus Inner London Weighting: £4072.06 (pro rata for part time)
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week.
Contract: 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Responsibilities
What you will do:
Guide individuals through group programs, treatment plans, and one-on-one sessions, with a focus on managing risks and promoting harm reduction.Lead a manageable caseload, using your expertise to support people in making informed choices.Collaborate effectively within a diverse team, as well as with external partners and agencies, ensuring the highest quality of care.We are looking for someone who is:
