Alfa Romeo Sales and Service Regional Manager - Pacific Northwest Region

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Brand Sales and Service West Region Manager to lead our efforts in promoting and servicing the Alfa Romeo brand across the western United States.

 

Role Overview: As the Alfa Romeo Brand Sales and Service West Region Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction in the region. You will lead a dealer network of sales and service professionals, ensuring that both sales and after-sales services reflect the premium nature of the Alfa Romeo brand.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the unique market dynamics of the Pacific Northwest Region, focusing on achieving sales targets and expanding market share for the Alfa Romeo brand Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly Lead and develop a high-performing sales and service team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are knowledgeable about product features, brand heritage, and customer engagement best practices Champion a customer-centric approach across all touchpoints, ensuring that the sales and service experience reflects the luxury and performance standards of the Alfa Romeo brand Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually improve service delivery and customer satisfaction Oversee the operational aspects of the Alfa Romeo brand within the region, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and policies Collaborate with dealership partners to optimize sales processes, inventory management, and service operations Work closely with the marketing team to develop regional promotional campaigns and events that highlight the Alfa Romeo brand and engage potential customers Leverage digital marketing tools and social media to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement Monitor sales performance and service metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to achieve sales and service excellence

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) 5 + years in a leadership role, with a successful track record of driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction Proven experience in automotive sales and service management, with a strong understanding of the luxury car market and the Alfa Romeo brand Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to travel throughout the Pacific Northwest Region as required

 

Preferred Qualifications:

5 + years of retail automotive operations experience preferably in another OEM field position EOE / Disability / Veteran
