What success looks like in this role:

Analyze, design, and implement solutions using Cobol/Algol technologies.Ensure the quality and timely delivery of implemented solutions.Provide technical guidance and support to technical teams.Understand and effectively communicate to clients how proposed solutions will add value to their business.Demonstrate the business value of implementations to clients.Manage deployment and post-deployment activities, including troubleshooting and support.Stay updated with the latest features and technologies, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate over the installed base.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Must Have Skills

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 6 years of experience.English spoken skills.Strong technical knowledge and experience in Cobol/Algol.Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions on time.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.Strong communication skills to effectively convey the business value of solutions to clients.

Nice to Have
