What We Offer * Latest service department technology * Uniforms and Laundry Service provided * Climate & Air Quality Controlled Shop   * Internal Inventory Control system that greatly limits time waiting at Parts Counter * Training Program that pairs new employees in each role with a Master Tech for their first two weeks  * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Life insurance * 401K Match * Paid vacation and Holidays. *  $2400.00 Bonus every year Paid on December 10th . $200.00 per moth accrued each month starting your first full month.Paid out the next full year you are employed. * Employee purchase and service discounts * Upbeat and progressive work environment  * Hands-On Management team with great tenure at the dealership and with Honda * Career advancement opportunities * Heated and Air Conditioned Shop  Responsibilities * Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership * Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment * Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. * Communicate directly with the Recon Service Manager so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.  Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs * Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications * Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions, and recommend appropriate repairs * Perform all work as described on repair order with efficiency and accuracy * Communicate with Recon Service Manager regarding additional repairs and timeliness of repairs * Communicate with the Recon Parts Department to obtain needed parts * Complete manufacturer and dealership training Qualifications Must have Experience with a automotive background.   * Strong teamwork skills * Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check * Must have clean & valid driver's license * Must maintain a clean and presentable workplace * Ability to be on feet for long periods of time and safely lift heavy objects * Hands-on experience working with vehicles * Must have own tools (we provide workstations to hold the tools)
