Job Summary: Professional couple located close to Tetbury in Gloucestershire with their two school aged boys are seeking an experienced, organized all-rounder. Both parents have demanding jobs giving you full autonomy in the role. A confident driver and dog-friendly is essential
Job specification:
• Sole charge care of the two boys who flex board in Cheltenham
• Maintaining a complete schedule for both the children and parents to coordinate play dates, sports fixtures, music practice, parent’s meetings and so on
• Liaising with the school using apps
• Encouraging independence, promoting good behaviour by using the positive reinforcement approach
• Driving the children- school runs, after school activities when needed, sports practice
• Performing PA duties including managing the staff members (cleaner/handyman and gardener), booking international flights for the family, post office runs, online food shop and other general errands.
• Organizing weekly grocery shopping
• Responsible for the family laundry, ironing and organising the children’s rooms
• Preparing family style meals
• House and pet sitting on occasion ( there are two small sausage dogs)
Candidate specification:
• Confident driver
• Must be computer literate – be able to communicate on email and WhatsApp, able to book travel online, do research online etc.
• Requires someone who is quietly confident professional with tons of initiative and amazing time management and organisational skills
• Dog friendly
• You will be an integral part of their family and managing family life and the home
• Accommodation: A two-bedroom cottage will be provided; all utilities will be paid for. A car will be provided, and the family are happy to consider pets and or partner
Salary: £45,000 gross plus depending on your experience
Enhanced DBS check required at offer stage
