All Source Analyst, Expert - TS/SCI

Facilities and Infrastructure Characterization and Analysis (FICA) Branch provides targeted location-based intelligence production on facilities worldwide through a unique production process that enables effective collection, exploitation, analysis and dissemination of location-based intelligence to support the production needs of the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), Army, and Department of Defense/Intelligence Community (DOD/IC).  FICA offers a full range of support services via contractor production teams. Each production team conducts all-source, signals (SIGINT), geospatial (GEOINT), human (HUMINT), and open-source (OSINT) intelligence. Additionally, the production teams are supported by organic collection management, technology, and analytic capabilities. 

Responsibilities\:
Provides appropriate task order oversight of a team, mission, function and/or analytic topic and coordinates directly with FICA Government mission leads, branch chiefs or senior intelligence analyst to receive appropriate guidance, priorities of work, and other mission-related tasks.  
Oversees execution of those tasks and requirements and continue to manage the day-to-day functions of the specific contract team or task. 
Other task order administrative duties may be required as necessary. 
May be required to offset work hours outside of the designated core hours.

Requirements\:

Expert knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations\: intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products.
Expert knowledge and experience with intelligence automated systems, especially imagery analysis, signals intelligence and exploitation tools and libraries.
Detailed knowledge of Joint, Inter-agency and Intelligence Community programs and products.
Experience in targeting methodology and trade craft Knowledge of network analysis.
Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and design.

Clearance Required\: TS/SCI

Minimum Education\:  Bachelor's Degree in an area related to the labor category. 

Minimum Years of Experience\: Minimum 14 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. 18 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Preferred\: 
Desired All-source background with supporting targeting, special activities, special mission units, special operations planning, and with interagency special collection assets.
