All-Star Experience Pass - Product Knowledge Specialist

Job Summary:

The All-Star Experience Pass Product Knowledge Specialist will be responsible for working with Project and Product leads to help build a memorable digital fan experience at Capital One All-Star Village. The All-Star Experience Pass is an exclusive feature built into the MLB Ballpark app that further enhances a fan’s time at Capital One All-Star Village. With the MLB All-Star Experience Pass, fans can make reservations for autograph signings, MLB video game stations and youth clinics, and can engage with participating sponsors. The MLB All-Star Experience Pass also includes the schedule of events throughout Capital One All-Star Village, an interactive map and chances to win prizes.

We are seeking a recent graduate or someone early in their career looking to directly impact the fan experience at Capital One All-Star Village and PLAY BALL Park. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the requirements gathering and intake processes, testing and quality assurance efforts, and engaging with fans on-site in Atlanta during All-Star Week. You will work closely with Project and Product leads to help build the All-Star Experience Pass by gathering feature requests and requirements from cross-functional partners, establishing quality assurance processes and protocols.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain product documentation, including: User journey mapping All new features and functionality Test cases End-of-project recap decks and reports Processes and procedures Lead quality assurance efforts throughout the project lifecycle. Help identify opportunities for improvement. Anticipate and mitigate risks. You will learn the ins and outs of our product, becoming a subject matter expert.

Qualifications and Skills:

Recent college graduate or a product manager, project manager or quality assurance associate early in their career. Experience with content management systems. Understanding of fan-facing technologies for large-scale events. Must have familiarity with MLB Ballpark app. Must be willing and able to travel to Atlanta for at least one week during All-Star Week. Candidates will need to work from our NYC office 2-3 days a week throughout the term.

Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour
