The Consulting & Systems Integrator (C&SI) team accelerates Databricks' growth by using relationships with the leading data technology services companies.
Reporting the the VP, C&SI , APJ, you will be our team's face to the ecosystem of C&SI Partners in APJ. You will define and evolve the lifecycle of engagement at scale, from new partner inquiries, to onboarding, including partner management support as part of the Partner Development Center in APJ.
The impact you will have:
You will ensure a better partner experience for all prospective and active C&SI partners in APJ across multiple languages and cultures. You will coach partners on how to navigate the available Databricks partner resources (e.g. the partner portal, Partner Academy and the Community) to drive partner engagement at scale. You will encourage healthy and sustainable relationships as we rapidly grow our ecosystem of C&SI partners. You will develop prescriptive best practice guidance for partner success and provide regional insights for the evolution of the partner program.
What we look for:
Partner engagement experience: Experience of working with C&SI partners at scale leveraging the available partner programs and resources 3+ Years managing partners across APJ Regions in the Data+AI Space Problem Solving: the willingness to lean in and help in multiple ways; to be responsive; to aspire to be helpful Data driven: Leveraging partner performance data using operational systems to inform decision making, driving proactive engagement and forming a point of view. Ownership: history in building a brand as the 'front door' for the Databricks ecosystem of C&SI partners and passionate about partner success Presence: high energy individual who can advocate for the program and get partners excited about Databricks Teamwork: the ability to work across teams to provide answers, including partner management, sales teams, legal, operations, business services, finance and marketing Knowledge of the APJ markets including additional languages such as Japanese is a plus.About Databricks
