Alliance Manager, Japan
**Responsiblity:** + The objective for Alliance Manager is to drive partnership initiatives that will accelerate sales growth, primarily within the Large Enterprise segment, through partnerships with designated alliance partners such as global HCM Tech companies and Consulting firms in Japan. + The role will require close co-ordination and collaboration with internal and external parties to meet this objective. + Contribute to the growth of Alliance business as a member of a small but tightly knit Alliance team across APAC. + Grow ADP Japan through co-selling and other initiatives with existing partners and recruitment of new alliance partners. + Build strategic relationships with key Tech Partners such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, Global Consulting firms such as Accenture, Mercer and local Japanese HR ecosystem partners. + This role will be measured primarily with deals closed that are sourced from partners or influenced. + KPIs that will be tracked include pipeline generation by partners, leads sourced from partners, converted partner leads and level of influence on a deal by a partner. + Initiate and organise co marketing events with alliance partners to drive demand generation. + Organise partner enablement sessions. + Drive programmatic offerings such as BPO or Payroll Outsourcing by embedding ADP solutions into partner offerings. **Requirement:** + Strong partner network in Japan especially in the HR and payroll ecosystem. + University degree with 10+ years working experience in IT/services/consulting business. + Ability to speak, read and write English fluently. + Executive Presence, comfortable speaking with senior partner executives. + Comfortable working in a highly matrix and cross-functional large organisation, dealing with sales, pre-sales, marketing, legal, finance etc. + Like meeting new people, working with others, dealing with ambiguity. **A little about ADP:** We are a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.
