Alliance Manager - Consulting & Advisory Ecosystem
Are you a dynamic relationship builder with a passion for fostering strategic partnerships? As an Alliance Manager, you will drive revenue growth by cultivating relationships with consulting firms, professional networks, and freelance consultants at a regional level. Your mission is to expand Sage’s partner ecosystem, animate influence networks, and create impactful collaborations that address client needs. A proven track record in partnership management and sales enablement is essential.

First 90 days:
- 30 days: Familiarize yourself with Sage’s solutions, partner ecosystem, and regional influence networks. Begin building relationships with key consulting firms and professional networks.
- 60 days: Develop a targeted strategy for engaging influence networks and create a plan to support the sales teams with a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- 90 days: Implement partnership activation plans, support resellers in adopting the partnership approach, and deliver initial results in pipeline growth and influence reach.

Meet the team:
You will report to the Head of Ecosytem and Strategic Alliances and collaborate closely with sales teams, marketing professionals, and product specialists. Working in a cross-functional environment, you’ll act as a critical liaison between Sage and its ecosystem of consulting firms and advisors. The management style fosters collaboration and autonomy, enabling you to take ownership of your initiatives while leveraging team support.

How success will be measured:
- Growth in pipeline and revenue generated through influence partners.
- Number and quality of consulting firms onboarded into the Sage ecosystem.
- Successful activation of influence networks and measurable increases in brand visibility and market penetration.
- Positive feedback from resellers and internal teams regarding your partnership support.
