Alliance Marketing Associate
The (Alliance Marketing Associate) is responsible for supporting the whole brand and being accountable of Government performance.
This includes building market and customer understanding and relationships for the portfolio, implementing the strategy and goals in line with the global strategy, developing and implementing communication tactics and programs. This requires strong cross-functional skills, working closely with the alliance, key customers, the sales team, the Business-to-Business group, and the medical department. This also requires leadership and accountability. The marketing solutions should be rolled out and tracked in a timely manner, with the highest quality and compliance standards to achieve an unparalleled customer experience.
Brand performance must be monitored regularly with respect to sales, SOM, customer insights, feedback and health care market dynamics.
Responsibilities
Perform market assessment and document market requirements for brand positioning.Integrate new channels into a holistic multi-channel communication mix.Responsible for initiating, collaborating, and implementing promotional activities and projects in line with the ICP (Alliance Customer Plan).Train and coach sales force, in close collaboration with sales management, in the future to equip them for optimal implementation for Government market.Set brand implementation priorities for Government.Manage budget for Government.Work closely with other Associate/Brand Managers within the alliance, affiliate, and in other countries, to share marketing programs and best practices.Keep senior management and other key stakeholders informed of progress in driving the success of this product strategy.Ensure OPEX diligence.Ensure compliance for new and existing programs.Managing vendors and agencies and make use of procurement.Managing materials, giving follow up on approvals for all indications.Knowledge of Disease Area
Build and maintain knowledge of Cardio-renal metabolic diseases aligned with customers’ expectations.Awareness of emerging views with current and new treatments within the market space.Requirements
