**Job Description**
Builds and maintains effective long-term relationship and a high level of satisfaction with assigned client accounts. Interacts with partner advocates and other departments to improve and deepen the relationship and support client needs by contributing to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and client engagement performance standards; continually evaluating processes and procedures; making recommendations for program enhancements and communicating to the client as appropriate; proactively identifies areas of opportunity for business development, and providing training support to clients as needed. Practices effective decision-making skills that have positive operational impacts on the business line and organization. The ideal candidate will have great strength in collaboration with proven ability to influence both internal and external partners to deliver results.
**Job Function & Responsibilities** :
+ Responsible for the success of the assigned partnerships with focus on new consumer accounts and partner engagement
+ Ability to effectively lead and influence across the organization as well as externally with partner advocates
+ Responsible for business planning, in collaboration with campus partner and internal partners, and measurement toward stated goals and objectives
+ Cultivate successful working partnerships with a focus on optimizing existing programs and expanding where appropriate
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
+ 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
**Preferred Skills/Experience** :
+ Demonstrated relationship management and leadership skills
+ Business development experience
+ Strong business acumen and professionalism; ability to build solid, trusting relationships both internally and through partner advocates
+ Confident disposition with comfort in decision-making
+ A knack for being nimble and thriving in a fast-paced environment
+ Comfortable with ambiguity and working independently
+ Excellent organizational and analytical skills
+ Well-developed customer relations skills
+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
+ Demonstrated executive presence and sophistication
+ 10% travel expected

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00 - $154,990.00
