Alliance Sales Lead- Salesforce

What you will do

Reporting into the Chief Growth Officer, as the Alliance Sales Lead, you will shape and qualify opportunities for handoff to the Enterprise BD team. You'll respond to inbound leads generated via Partner events, Inside Sales and campaigns to further qualify and evaluate for handoff.

Primary objective: Net New Logo lead generation through Salesforce partner source, Salesforce network, own outreach and supporting Merkle related marketing effortDevelop accurate, high-quality leads into Merkle’s Salesforce pre-sales team aligned to our sales processEnsure sales tools and documentation are up-to-date on live opportunities to enable accurate pipeline trackingDevelop close working relationship with senior vertical portfolio sales leads and marketing to develop outreach campaigns to target clients/industry verticals aligned to Merkle Salesforce sales motionsDevelop understanding of assigned Salesforce industry vertical, associated Merkle GTMs and case studies to become a trusted partner to the Salesforce Account Executive team and trusted advisor to prospective clientsManage relationships with Salesforce alliance partner account executives to guide Merkle propositions, campaigns and sales opportunitiesOriginate new client and cross/up-sell opportunities for proactive proposals and find new Salesforce service briefs, RFI and RFP opportunities for Merkle
