Position Summary
We are looking for an Alliances Director located in the US or UK. The primary focus is developing, growing, and maintaining mutually beneficial partnerships with Systems Integrators. This role is critical to driving Aria’s global growth by building high-impact partnerships that accelerate customer success and revenue growth. We are seeking a collaborative, adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
Success will be measured by the growth of SI-influenced pipeline and revenue, partner engagement levels, and effectiveness of go-to-market campaigns.Increase and improve Aria’s brand awareness in the Systems Integrator communityOwn Alliance business development efforts and activities to drive and grow SI and ISV sourced and influenced revenue.Coordinate with strategic SI partners to develop solution-oriented, go-to-market activities and multi-touch demand generation campaignsSupport Partner led opportunities & implementation projectsDrive strategic discussions between Aria internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Professional Services) and partners to ensure that there is internal alignment on strategy and activities.Ensure partners are enabled on how to position and deliver Aria Systems business value proposition and solutionsWork with SI Alliances to define and build business initiatives that will create industry differentiators and generate incremental demand for Aria solutionsEstablish training and enablement plans for the SIs so that they rapidly develop Aria consulting resources in region, but with a global perspectiveRequired Qualifications
10+ years of software vendor experience managing alliances or selling software solutions in complex service industries including CMT, Financial Services and Manufacturing.Proven track record of establishing and maintaining productive partnerships.Experience with SaaS delivery modelsExcellent verbal and written communication skills (across teams, internally and externally with partners and customers) with the ability to engage comfortably with both Executive and C-Level ManagementAdvanced sales, partnership and alliance management skills are needed to succeed in this role with experience developing Alliances sales channelsExperience and ability to negotiate, structure and maintain partnershipsAbility to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customersExperience working within and across multiple geographiesAbility and willingness to travel on an inter-regional basisFluent English speaking with a second language (Ideally Spanish)Bachelor’s Degree or equivalentPreferred Qualifications
Experience and knowledge of Telecom and Technology industriesExperience partnering or working with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, and SAPStrong networks across the GSIs and RSIsExperience with India based SI’sAria Culture
