We are seeking an experienced Allocation Analyst to join our Outdoor Performance team. The Outdoor Performance strategic priorities are to be consumer-first focused, lead with power brands, and invest inwards. We will build the Outdoor Performance business by creating focus and power with the consumer.
This position reports to the Global Demand Planning Manager and is based out of our Logan, Utah location.
Responsibilities
Allocates product to orders in NetSuite
Analyzes and consolidates large volumes of data (shipments, inventory, intercompany transfers, forecast data, market share) to develop a fact based point of view and communicate to internal partners via presentations and reports
Manages the special tagging sheet, executes product sales holds, and monitors sales forecasts to efficiently allocate inventory necessary to support strategic accounts and ensure overall inventory targets / service level (OTIF) requirements
Recommends and implements innovative strategies to improve processes and efficiencies
Provides Receiving team with ‘hot list’ and backorder data necessary to prioritize inbound shipments
Works with QA to prioritize order of work being processed by the QA team
Runs daily ship plans to deliver work to the Distribution Center for shipping
Monitors / reviews MRB’s sent out by the Quality Assurance team for non-conforming product receipts
Develops and maintains effective working relationships with members of internal cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Trade-Marketing, Demand Planning and Inventory Planning
Maintain SKU restriction tables in the NetSuite to insure appropriate allocations to our accounts and prevent restricted product from shipping to restricted customers
Collaborates with Sales Leadership for allocation direction on high demand SKUs
Provides additional support to Distribution Center staff
Creation and distribution of department reports
Qualifications
Bachelors degree, or 2 - 4 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to articulate assumptions, methods, and results to peers and management, and to influence decision making
Strong math, analytical and conceptual skills
Strong computer skills-database and spreadsheet tools
Strong Effective Oral and Written Communication, with the ability to lead and facilitate consensus meetings
Assertive
Strong time management and organizational skills
Understands supply chain management practices (forecasting, product development, sourcing, purchasing)
Accuracy and thoroughness
Ability to work well under deadline pressure
Quickly learn, remain flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Windows applications
NetSuite ERP experience a plus
Pay Range:
$65,000.00 - $97,400.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
