Roles and Responsibilities
Partner with Corporate FP&A and Allocations Leader in support of key stakeholders (Divisions, Group FP&A, DT)Support preparation of ad-hoc analysisComplete transition of allocations process from SMO FP&A Leader and become model and data subject-matter-expert (SME)Re-design current-state model including elimination of manual data / identification of opportunities systematize process / enhance data controlsPartner with key stakeholders (DT) to obtain key and inputs and prepare summary of projected Division allocations for review by Corporate CFO and Group FP&ADistribute allocations estimates to Division FP&A teams and provide follow-up support where neededPrepare monthly and YTD over/under analysis for review with Corporate CFO and Group FP&ADistribute allocations true-up impacts to Division FP&A teams and provide follow-up support where neededEnsure appropriate documentation of assumptions and provide Controllership/Government Accounting audit supportIdentify process improvements and partner with key stakeholders to implement changesPrepare monthly public/non-public cost forecasting and analysis for review by Corporate FP&A and Allocations Leader and Income, Planning, & Reporting ManagerIdentify new areas for consolidation/centralization of allocations processes (Insurance, Evendale Facilities, Liquidations - HR/Comp). Design and execute centralizationPartner with Corporate FP&A and Allocations Leader and SMO FP&A Leader on process improvements / re-design of model / improved analyticsSupport Income, Planning, & Reporting Manager with analysis and reduction/relocation/standardization of Admin "unknown" activityRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's DegreeMinimum 5 years of finance experience with prior FP&A role experienceFinancial modeling skillsLeadership experience with senior management interactionDemonstrated experience influencing and communicating at all levels, including with Senior ManagementProven project management and coordination skillsExperience managing direct reportsProficient use of financial systems (e.g. Hyperion, Oracle) and analysis tools including Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Desired Characteristics
